Why Do Yoga?
The benefits of Yoga are numerous. For many the lure of flexibility or stress reduction takes them to the Yoga mat but your Yoga practice can go much deeper.
On a physical level, the whole physical form is strengthened, from your bones to your brain.
On a mental level, Yoga practices are scientifically proven to reduce stress and boost mood, thus helping us to cope with the demands of everyday life.
Many people choose to stay at these levels and are apprehensive of exploring the spiritual aspect of Yoga. In my experience, the spiritual benefits of Yoga often happen gradually and unconsciously over time. As the practice deepens, our consciousness expands gracefully and a sense of clarity unfolds which allows our perceptions and awareness to expand.

‘I wanted to say is THANK YOU for the lovely vibe you brought to all your classes. You’ve really inspired me through Kundalini and I’m sure it’s partly due to that that all these big changes are happening in my life! I have a lovely notebook filled with the exercises you’ve posted too, so thanks for making it so accessible. And I’m so glad you are following your true path and inspiration’ Geraldine, Dublin.
